Reservation Policies:

	All rates are subject to change without notice. Lowest prices are based on double occupancy.
	50% deposit required to confirm reservation. Balance due upon arrival.
	14 day notice for cancellation with $25 process fee. Less than 2 week deposit maybe held. If room is re rented or a portion of your stay we will credit the amount back to your card less the cancel fee or any room rate loss, if unable to re rent deposit will be held in house and can be applied towards a future stay in increments of $50 per night.
	Peak season rates apply for holidays with a three night minimum stay required.
	For reservations made less than 2 weeks before stay, deposit must be applied to credit card.
	*Personal checks are accepted for payment 15 days prior to your stay. No exceptions can be made.*
	MasterCard, Visa, AMEX and Discover accepted anytime.
	Check-out time is 10 a.m. Check-in time is 3 p.m.
	Late check-out can be arranged if unit is available, at one half daily rate.
	A $10 fee per person maybe added for parties over two or for any unannounced increase in room occupancy. Children under 12 are free but must be accounted for on your reservation request. Please notify the office when you have a change in the number of room guests.
	Pet Policy - Dogs are welcome with an additional charge per night per pet. There is a maximum of 2 pets 65lbs. and under. Please contact us prior to arrival to confirm arrangements and fee's for your pets.

Driving Directions:
From I-75, take exit 131 - Daniels Road. (If coming from RSW Airport, TURN RIGHT on Treeline Road and take that to Daniels. TURN LEFT on Daniels). Continue west on Daniels Road until you come to a stoplight for Six Mile Cypress Road. TURN LEFT onto Six Mile Cypress. You'll curve past the Lee County Sports Complex and cross US-41. Once you cross US-41, you're now on Gladiolus. Continue to Summerline Road and TURN LEFT onto Summerlin. This will take you all the way to the Sanibel Causeway. There is a $6.00 toll to cross onto Sanibel. Once on Sanibel, TURN RIGHT at the stop sign, onto Periwinkle Way. Continue on Periwinkle to 1245 - Anchor Inn will be on your left. Our sign is easily visable.
